A Russell County Virginia Judge Has Denied Bond For A Woman Accused Of Child Abuse And Neglect. Rebecca Bremner And The Father Of The Child, Michael Park Are Both Facing Charges. Court Documents Revealed Disturbing Condition The Child Endured, Including Frostbite Leading To Amputation Of Both Legs Below The Knee. Special Agent Josh Kite Told The Court, The Box Trailer Where Bremner Said The Child Lived, Had No Insulation And Also Smelled Of Feces. She Will Be Back In Court For A Preliminary Hearing On April 28th. Park Is Being Held In A North Carolina Jail Awaiting Extradition Back To Russell County.
