A Surgoinsville Woman Who Plead Guilty To Paycheck Protection Program Loan Fraud And Violating Supervised Release Has Been Ordered To Spend Time In Federal Prison. A Judge In U.S. District Court In Greeneville Has Ordered 30 Year Old Leslie Bethea To Serve 78 Months Behind Bars. She Plead Guilty Earlier To One Count Of Wire Fraud And One Count Of Making A False Statement To A Probation Officer. Bethea Will Be On Supervised Probation For Three Years, Once She Completes Her Sentence. She Was Also Ordered To Pay Restitution In The Amount Of $20,805 On Account Of Her Theft.
