Two Georgia Men Are Alleged To Have Targeted Homeless People In Our Area. The Unicoi County Sheriff’s Office Said 36 Year Old Charles Collins Jr. And 57 Year Old Anthony Stegall Are Facing Several Charged Including Conspiracy To Commit Theft. Stegall Was Taken Into Custody This Weeik At The Unicoi Branch Of Mountain Commerce Bank. Authorities Said The Two Men Approached Homeless Individuals And Asked Them If They Wanted To Earn Money For Work And That’s When Their Plot Went Into Action. Collins And Stegall Will Appear In Court Soon.
