The Man Accused Of Fatally Shooting A Woman And Led Multiple Agencies On A Pursuit Is Now Facing Another First Degree Murder Charge. The Body Of Barry Countiss Was Found In His Blountville Home On January 19th And His Vehicle Was Missing. Britt Was Arrested Later That Afternoon On Charges Of The Murder Of Katie Arnold. A Sullivan County Grand Jury Reportedly Returned A True Bill Charging Britt With Countiss’ Murder And Multiple Other Charges On January 25th. Britt Was Also Served A No Bond Capias On The New Charges.
