A Castlewood Virginia Couple Is Facing Child Abuse And Neglect Charges. The Russell County Sheriff’s Office Charged 32 Year Old Rebecca Bremner And 43 Year Old Michael Park In Connection With The Incident. Park Was Also Charged With A Fugitive Warrant By Authorities In Winston-Salem North Carolina. The Investigation Began On January 12Th In Russell County After The Sheriff’s Office Was Contacted By The County Department Of Social Services. Virginia State Police Are Assisting In The Investigation.
