The One Year Moratorium Who Allow The County’s Planning And Codes Department To Conduct A Study On The Feasibility Of Further Development To The Holston River. Meanwhile, County Leaders Also Approved $30,000 To The Military Park Committee. This Will Allow For The Completion Of The Veterans Memorial.
