A Jury Trial In Sullivan County Criminal Court Involving “Rattlesnake Dave” Who Was Cited Nearly Five Years Ago, Is Expected To Wrap Up Today. David Richardson, Who Owned And Operated The West Texas Rattlesnake Show, Was Cited After He Performed His Act In Bristol Without A Proper Permit. Richardson Is Accused Of Possessing Class I Wildlife Without A Permit, Plus Three Counts Of Violating State Law In Reference To The Housing And Transportation Of His Snakes.
