One Of Three People Accused In The Death Of A Man In Greene County Has Plead Guilty In Criminal Court To A Lesser Charge. 27 Year Old Adrian Kiser Plead Guilty To Second Degree Murder And Abuse Of A Corpse In The Death Of Tony Nunley In June 2020. A Judge Sentenced Kiser To 21 Years. He’s Also Serving A 12 Year Sentence Out Of Sullivan County For The Sale Of Drugs And Other Charges. The Body Of Nunley Was Found In A Wrecked Vehicle Down An Embankment On Freedom Road. Authorities Said Nunley Was Struck In The Head With A Jack Handle Causing His Death At An Old Snapps Ferry Road Home Where Kiser Had Lived. They Allegedly Cleaned The Crime Scene And Moved The Body. Meanwhile, 35 Year Old Elizabeth Phillips And 27 Year Old Zachary Richards Are Charged With Facilitation Of First Degree Murder. Their Cases Are Pending.
