East Tennessee State University Has A New Restaurant On Campus For Students. Taco Bell Has Opened In The D.P. Culp Student Center. A Grand Opening Is Set For This Friday On The First Floor Of The Center. It Will Feature A Ribbon Cutting With Music, As Well As Cake And A Proclamation By The Student Government.
