After Almost Three Years Of Being Inactive Domtar Has Returned To Operations At The Kingsport Mill. The Mills First 100 Percent Recycled Containerboard Was Recently Produced There After A 2 Year $350 Million Investment To Convert The Plant From A Sheet Paper Mill. An Official Grand Opening Will Be Held Later This Year.
