Johnson City Police Have Made An Arrest In A Shooting That Occurred Last Year. Micah Neil Turner Of Bristol Tennessee Is Charged With Attempted Second Degree Murder After The Male Victim Was Found In The Area Of Nathaniel Drive On November 9th With A Gunshot Wound To His Lower Abdomen. Turner Reportedly Fled The Area And Was Arrested Recently By The Albemarle County Virginia Police Department. He Waived Extradition On January 6th And Remains In The Washington County Tennessee Detention Center On A $100,000 Bond. His Next Court Date Will Be January 19th.
