A Lebanon Virginia Man Has Been Sentenced To 10 Years In Prison. 23 Year Old Josiah Tyree Hilsner Was Sentenced For Aggravated Malicious Wounding And Use Of A Firearm In The Commission Of A Felony Following A Shooting That Happened In November 2021. Authorities Said The Victim Went To Hilsner’s Apartment Unarmed And Hilsner Came Outside Fired Multiple Rounds Striking The Victim In The Chest. The Victim Drove Himself To The Hospital And Suffered A Collapsed Lung.
