The Former Assistant Police Chief Of Greeneville Has Filed A Lawsuit Against The City. The Complaint Was Filed In U.S. District Court By Michael Crum Who Is Seeking Damages Of Over $1.25 Million Dollars. Crum Alleges The City’s Decision To Fire Him Was A Violation Of The 14th Amendment. Crum Was Terminated After A Review Found He Allegedly Discriminated Against Women, Showed Favoritism And Was Accused Of Illegal Practices By Multiple Members Of The Police Force. At The Time Of His Firing, Crum Had Worked For The City About 31 Years.
