The City Of Kingsport Has Begun Its Next Phase Of The $4.8 Million Water Meter Replacement Project. Over The Next Six Months Envocore A Maryland Based Company Contracted By The City, Will Be Installing 10,000 New Water Meters Within The City’s Service Area. Kingsport Anticipates Having All Water Meters In The System Replaced Within The Next Couple Of Year.
