A Man Has Been Charged Following A Fatal Shooting In Johnson City. 22 Year Old Dae’Vo Jennings Worrell Is Charged With 12 Counts Of Reckless Endangerment. Ja’Shon Yates Of Kingsport Was Killed In The Shooting At Monarch Apartments On Sunday. Police Have Not Determined If Jennings Was The One Who Fatally Shot Yates. Police Say He Admitted To Firing A Gun Into The Apartment During The Incident. Investigators Have Several People Of Interest In Connection With The Shooting.
