A Saltville Virginia Woman Has Been Arrested After A Pursuit Ended With Spike Strips. Smyth County Deputies Found A Reported Stolen Vehicle On Wednesday And The Pursuit Ensued On Back Roads Of The County. Spike Strips Were Deployed And Ended The Pursuit. No Injuries Or Property Damage Were Reported. 39 Year Old Elizabeth Catherine Davis Was Charged With Possession Of Stolen Property, Failure To Stop For Law Enforcement And Several Other Charges. She Is Scheduled To Appear In Court On January 19th.
