The Kingsport Police Department Has Identified The Victim In A Fatal Shooting. 57 Year Old Mark A Miller Was Found In An Alleyway Behind The 1200 Block Of West Sullivan Street In The Sevier Terrace Area Deceased From An Apparent Gunshot Wound. A Person Of Interest Has Been Identified And Is In Custody On Unrelated Charges. The Investigation Continues.
