Johnson City Police Don’t Believe An East Tennessee State University Student Was Involved In A Fatal Shooting At A Nearby Apartment Complex On New Year’s Day. It Happened At Monarch Apartment On University Parkway. Police Said Multiple Shots Were Fired Inside An Apartment And In The Hallway During A Party. The Name Of The Deceased Has Not Been Released At This Time. Police Are Still Searching For A Suspect Or Suspects. Anyone With Information About This Incident Is Asked To Contact Authorities.
