A State Of Emergency Has Been Declared For Washington County Tennessee After Several Leaks Began Impacting Water Service In And Around Jonesborough. County Mayor Joe Grandy Declared The State Of Emergency In Order To Activate State And Regional Resources. Town Officials Several Leaks Have Been Located Throughout The 500 Miles Of Water Lines In The County And Crews Are Working Around The Clock To Fix The Problem.
