A Two Vehicle Crash In Kingsport Has Claimed A Life. It Happened Thursday Morning On West Stone Drive At Lewis Lane. A Vehicle Going Eastbound On West Stone Drive Failed To Yield The Right Of Way While Trying To Make A Turn On To Lewis Lane Hitting A Westbound Vehicle. 76 Year Old Phillis Rappleyea Of Kingsport Was Taken To The Hospital Where She Succumbed To Her Injuries. Three Other People Involved In The Crash Sustained Minor Injuries. The Investigation Is Ongoing.
