A Recent Report Showed The Facility Needs New Windows, Updated Electrical, New Mechanical Systems And Plumbing With Work Costs Ranging From 16 To 46-Million Dollars. Now Officials Will Have To Decide If Investing That Money Is Feasible And What Its Future Might Be.
