The Charges Stem From The Proactive Investigative Effort Over The Past Eight Months. 26 Year Old Cody Donelson Of Kingsport Is Charged With Online Solicitation Of A Minor Under 15, While 49 Year Old Charles Carr Jr. Of Johnson City Is Charged With Two Counts Of Online Solicitation Of A Minor Under 15. The Cases Were All Prosecuted By The Office Of The Harrisonburg/Rockingham County Virginia Commonwealth’s Attorney. Additional Cases And Arrests Are Pending At This Time
