A Sullivan County Criminal Court Judge Has Reset The Trial For A Woman Accused Of Killing Her 15 Month Old Daughter. Judge James Goodwin Agreed With A Defense Request To Have Megan Boswell’s Trial Moved To February 3rd, 2025. She Had Orginally Been Set To Stand Trial In February Of Next Year. Megan Faces Multiple Charges Including Two Counts Of Felony Murder In The Death Of Evelyn Boswell. Her Body Was Found In A Building On A Family Member’s Property In March Of 2020, Months After She Was Last Seen. A Status Hearing Is Set For April 21st Of Next Year.
