The Kingsport Police Department Is Looking For Two Convicted Sex Offenders. Rowena H. King And Robert John Walsh Are Required To Report Quarterly To Law Enforcement. King Has Not Reported Since 2018 And Walsh Last Reported In February Of 2022. King Is 4 Foot 9 And Weighs 140 Pounds With Black Hair And Brown Eyes. Walsh Is 5 Foot 5 And Weighs 214 Pounds With Brown Hair And Hazel Eyes. Anyone With Information On Their Whereabouts Is Asked To Call The Kingsport Police Department.
