The Inmate Who Died In An Alleged Attack Inside Wallen Ridge State Prison Has Been Identified By The Virginia Department Of Corrections. 33 Year Old Carl Wilkins Was Taken To Lonesome Pine Hospital On Sunday, He Was Pronounced Dead At The Hospital.
