A Man Accused Of Killing One Person And Wounding Another In A Shooting In Bristol Virginia Remains Behind Bars Without Bond. 25 Year Old Wynston Rhinehart Is Charged With First Degree Murder In The Death Of 29 Year Old Christopher Carter And Malicious Wounding In The Shooting Of 24 Year Old D’quares Carter. Rhinehart Is Also Charged With Two Counts Of Using A Firearm In The Commisson Of A Felony. The Shooting Happened At A Home On Harvey Lane. Police Believe Both Men Were Targeted But The Motive For The Shooting Has Not Been Released. Rhinehart Will Appear In General District Court Soon For Arraignment.
