The Northeast Tennessee/Virginia Home Consortium In Bristol, Tennessee Is Developing A Plan To Spend 4-Million Dollars In Federal Money To Address Homelessness In Our Region. The Money Is Being Provided Through The American Rescue Plan. The Consortium Is Comprised Of Bluff City, Both Bristol Tennessee & Virginia, Johnson City, Kingsport As Well As Sullivan And Washington Counties. Officials With The Consortium Are Working To Put A Plan Together On How To Spend The Money Based On The Greatest Needs. The Next Meeting Is Set For January 10Th.
