The Elizabethton Police Department Said Two People Who Were Being Sought In A Fatal Shooting Are In Custody. 20 Year Old Kimberly Nicole Thomas And 23 Year Old Cody Alan Miller Are Being Questioned In The Death Last Thursday Of 31 Year Old Phillip Glass. Officers Responded To A Crash At The Intersection Of Milligan Highway And Oakmont. Glass Was Located In A Vehicle Deceased With A Gunshot Wound. No One Was Found In The Other Vehicle. Circumstances Surround The Incident Are Still Be Investigated And Charges Are Pending.
