The List Of Candidates For Director Of Sullivan County Schools Has Been Narrowed Down To Two. They Are Dr. Josh Davis And Charles Carter. One Of The Two Will Replace Retiring Schools Director Evelyn Rafalowski. Davis Is Principle Of West Ridge High School. Carter Is The Director Of The Career And Technical Education Program For The State Department Of Education. A Second Round Of Interviews Will Be Conducted On December 12th.
