The Body Of A Missing Kingsport Man Has Been Found In Knoxville. The Body Of 37 Year Old Jeremy Stout Was Located At The Former Knoxville Baptist Christian School Property Off East 5th Avenue. Authorities Said There Were No Obvious Signs Of Trauma That Would Indicate Foul Play. The Remains Have Been Taken To The Medical Examiner’s Office For An Autopsy. The Investigation Is Ongoing.
