An Arrest Has Been Made In A Custodial Interference Incident That Happened In Johnson City. Officers Were Called To Niswonger Children’s Hospital In Reference To A Juvenile Being Taken By His Non-Custodial Father. The Child Was Walking Through The Parking Lot With The Grandmother After Having A Doctor’s Appointment When The Non-Custodial Father, Jesse Seals Of Whitesburg Tennessee, Took The Child From The Grandmother And Left In A Vehicle. Seals Was Located A Short Time Later By The Greene County Sheriff’s Office And Taken Into Custody Without Incident. The Child Was Unharmed. Seals Is Being Held In The Washington County Detention Center On A $2,000 Bond. He Will Be Arraigned This Afternoon In General Sessions Court.
