A Big Stone Gap Virginia Man Has Been Arrested In Connection With A Weekend Shooting. 31 Year Old Shane Martin Is Charged With Aggravated Malicious Wounding, Use Of A Firearm In A Felony And Misdemeanor Reckless Handling Of A Firearm. The Shooting Occurred In The Parking Lot Of Big Stone Economy Drug. According To Video Footage, A Male Suspect Was Seen Walking Toward The Victim And Drawing A Firearm Before Firing. The Victim Was Seen Falling The And Suspect Fleeing The Scene. The Victim Was Shot In The Left Arm And Left Side Of The Body. Martin Remains In Jail Awaiting A Hearing.
