East Tennessee State University Employees Are Getting A Raise. The Etsu Board Of Trustees Approved A 4% Salary Increase Across The Board That Will Be Weighted So That Those At The Bottom Of The Pay Scale Receive More. The University Is Calling It The Largest Pay Raise In A Decade. Employees Will See The Raise On Their Checks At The End Of The Month
