An Arrest Has Been Made In A Shooting In Bristol Virginia That Left One Person Dead. It Happened Yesterday Afternoon At A Home In The 100 Block Of Inez Avenue. 26 Year Old Tyler Collins Is Charged With First Degree Murder In The Shooting Death Of 22 Year Old Randall Stiltner Of Bristol Tennessee. A Motive For The Shooting Has Not Been Released At This Time As The Investigation Is Ongoing And More Charges Are Pending. Collins Is Being Held In The Southwest Virginia Regional Jail In Abingdon Without Bond.
