A Johnson City Man Is Facing A Domestic Aggravated Assault Charge. Johnson City Police Responded To A Home Where They Reportedly Found A Woman With Red Marks And Scratches On Her Neck And Chest. The Woman Told Authorities 23 Year Old Ryan Dos Santos Had Held A Knife To Her Face And Choked Her. Santos Is Being Held On A $10,000 Bond And Will Appear In Court On November 14th
