A Johnson City Woman Is Facing Charges After She Allegedly Called 911 And Reported A Shooting, Which Turned Out To Be A Hoax. 50 Year Old Angelia Michelle Robinson Is Charged With Two Counts Of Filing A False Report In Carter County. The Call Came In Sunday Afternoon Reporting A Man Had Shot Another Man At A Residence On Woodland Drive Off Milligan Highway And Three Females Were Being Held Against Their Will In The Basement. Deputies Responded To The Home And Found No One Inside And No Evidence Of A Shooting. Robinson Was Released After Posting A $5000 Bond.
