Johnson City Police Have Arrested A Juvenile Following A Shooting Earlier This Week. It Happened In The 500 Block Of Washington Avenue Early Monday Morning. The Male Is Charged With Attempted First Degree Murder, Possession Of A Weapon During The Commission Of A Dangerous Felony And Possession Of A Handgun By A Juvenile. The Investigation Revealed The Juvenile Shot At The Female Victim After She Exited The Vehicle The Two Occupied. The Victim Was Not Struck By Gunfire. The Male Subject Is Being Held At The Upper East Tennessee Juvenile Detention Center With A Court Date Pending.
