The Johnson City Planning Commission Has Approved A Proposed 135-Acre Annexation Of A Subdivision In Gray, Known As The “Keebler Annexation”, Which Could Bring With It, Hundreds Of Homes. Additionally, The Commission Suggested City Leaders Approve A Plan Of Services For The New Development As Well As Zoning The Area To “Rural Neighborhood” For The Largest Portion Of The Property. The Recommendation Will Now Head To The City Commission For Final Approval.
