The Virginia State Police Are Investigating A Single Vehicle Crash In Wise County That Claimed A Life. It Happened Thursday November 3rd On Route 23 Business When A 2004 Cadillac Traveling East Ran Off The Right Side Of The Road Struck A Utility Pole And Overturned. The Driver 69 Year Old Arnold Howell Of Wellington Kentucky Was Transported To The Hospital Where He Later Succumbed To His Injuries. Howell Was Wearing A Seatbelt.
