A Kingsport Woman Who Was On Probation And Accused Of Driving A Sullivan County School Bus While High On Drugs Is Facing Multiple Charges. 45 Year Old Contessia Cravens Is Charged With Violation Of Probation, Driving A Commercial Vehicle While Under The Influence Of An Intoxicant, Felony Possession Of Schedule 2 Drugs And Three Counts Of Possession Of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia. Police Searched Bus 415, Which Cravens Had Been Driving, And Found Over Two Grams Of Of Suspected Meth And Other Drug Paraphernalia. She Reportedly Preformed Poorly On A Series Of Sobriety Tests And Declined A Blood Test, Which Was Obtained By Warrant. The Sullivan County School System Has Not Yet Released A Statement.
