A Man And Woman Are Facing Burglary Related Charges After Washington County Virginia Sheriff’s Deputies Reportedly Found Them With A Tarp Of Stolen Items. Authorities Responded To The 10000 Block Of Oak Grove Road In Bristol Where Found 30 Year Old Lisa Michelle Moore Near A Tarp Containing Multiple Household Items. Officers Then Saw A Man Run From The Scene. 30 Year Old Thomas Michael Meeks Was Located And Arrested. Both Are Being Held In Jail Without Bond.
