Elizabethton Police Are Investigating Vandalism At Highland Cemetery.
Roughly 25 Headstones Were Knocked Over Or Damaged. Damages Are
Estimated At A Minimum Of 15-Thousand Dollars. A Gofundme Campaign Has
Been Setup To Help With The Expense. Anyone With Any Information
