An Audit Of The Sullivan County School System For The 2021 School Year Showed 15 Out Of 16 Schools Had No Audit Issues. West Ridge High School Had Two Findings, Which Included Deficit Balances Exceeding 17-Thousand Dollars And The Disappearance Of A Bank Bag With $300 In It. Measures Are Being Put In Place To Avoid These Instances In The Future. The Firm Of Blackburn, Childers And Stegall Conducted The Audit. School Leaders Attributed The Excellent Results To Bookkeepers And Other Employees Who Handle Funds At Each School.
