A Lebanon Virginia Man Charged In Connection To A Shooting Has Been Found Guilty. 23 Year Old Josiah Tyree Hilser Was Found Guilty Of Aggravated Malicious Wounding And Use Of A Firearm In The Commission Of A Felony. Hilser’s Charges Stemmed From A November 2021 Incident At Lebanon Square Apartments. Multiple Rounds Were Fired At An Unarmed Victim Who Had Gone To Hilser’s Apartment. The Victim Was Shot In The Chest Suffering A Collapsed Lung. Hilser Is Sentencing Is Scheduled For January 10th
