A Man Who Allegedly Led Washington County Virginia Deputies On A High Speed Chase Has Been Arrested. Craig Smith Feld From Deputies In Smyth County On Wednesday Night. Authorities In Washington County Spotted Him Near Abingdon Later And A Pursuit Began. Smith Crashed His Vehicle And Fled The Scene. He Is Also Facing Charges In West Virginia. The Investigation Is Ongoing.
