On Wednesday Public Appointed Attorney Brad Sproles Filed A Motion To Withdraw From The Case Citing The Attorney Client Relationship Had Deteriorated To The Point He Was Unable To Effectively Represent Boswell. At The Hearing This Morning Defense Attorney Gene Scott Was Appointed To Represent Boswell Moving Forward. This Change Will Likely Stall The Scheduled February 2023 Trial As The New Team Studies The Developments In The Case Over The Last Couple Of Years.
