Richard Horne Of Blountville Faces Up To 50 Years In Prison. Authorities Allege Horne Was The Main Supplier, And Was Operating As A Private Seller Without A Federal Firearms License Operating Out Of Knoxville Gun Shows. The Charges And Arrests Came After An 11-Month Undercover Investigation Called “Operation Hotcakes”. Horne Is Set To Appear In Court On November 3rd.
