A Multi-Million Dollar Dental Clinic Is Coming To Kingsport. Kingsport, Ballad Health, ETSU And UT Health Science Center Are Partnering Together For The Project. Kingsport Has Approved A Five Year Lease Of A Medical Office Building On West Sevier Avenue. The Agreement Begins With A Dental Clinic And Plans Are Underway For The Site To Eventually Become A Dental School. The Appalachian Highlands Dental Clinic Could Open Its Doors To The First Students And Patients In 2024.
