A Smyth County Virginia Crash Has Left Four People Hospitalized. Police Responded To The Three Vehicle Crash On Interstate 81 Near Mile Marker 41 On Friday Morning. Two Tractor Trailers And A Jeep Collided In The Southbound Lanes. One Tractor Trailer Overturned And The Jeep Caught On Fire. Two People Were Airlifted To Bristol Regional Medical Center, Two Others Were Transported By Ambulance To A Nearby Hospital. Their Conditions Have Not Been Released.
