A Resolution Has Been Presented By A Sullivan County Commissioner To Designate Land Around State Route 394 As A Tax Increment Financing District For Businesses To Develop. Both The Industrial Development Board And Networks Sullivan Partnership Have Met, Reviewed, And Approved The Parcels Being Proposed For The TIF Designation. This Is The First Time The County Has Done A TIF Zone And County Leaders Hope It Will Bring More Economic Development To That Area.
